Kaizen Global Sourcing is a U.S.-based company built to help buyers access Indian manufacturing without managing the process alone.
We work with a network of Indian manufacturers and support companies through supplier discovery, RFQ coordination, quote comparison, sample follow-up, and ongoing supplier communication. Our role is to help buyers evaluate where India is practical and build supplier relationships that can support real purchasing decisions.
Our Role
We work from the U.S. side while coordinating with supplier networks in India. Our role is to help buyers move from interest to execution: identifying capable suppliers, coordinating RFQs, reviewing quotes, supporting samples, and helping keep projects moving beyond the first introduction.

We are not a catalog reseller. We are not a generic lead broker. We act as a sourcing partner for companies that want a practical, managed path into India.
